We work closely with local charities that provide accommodation, care and support for individuals who are homeless, facing homelessness and who have support needs.
We provide a road map for each of our Equal Footers providing them with an employment opportunity, education via a college or an apprenticeship. Once they are ready to make the transition, we help them with their rental deposit for accommodation.
Our mentors and career advisors work closely with them at every stage to build the skills and confidence they need for success in the workplace.
We help them into independent living so that as active, contributing members of the local community, they can feel valued and empowered.
