CLE accepts proposals for the 2022 programs. In accordance with the recommendations of the public health guidelines, programs will be offered via online webinar until further notice. While all legal issues are accepted, the following priorities for 2022 are: The New Mexico State Bar Foundation (Bar Foundation) is the non-profit, nonprofit arm of the New Mexico State Bar. The goal of the Bar Foundation is to provide high-quality and affordable professional education and training programs and services, primarily to the New Mexico legal community and to sponsor, promote and support social welfare projects and programs for the public. On 1 September 2018, the State Bar took over the administration of the Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) programme. Check the NMSC order. We are excited about this opportunity to improve services and help shape legal education for lawyers in New Mexico. Each active member of the New Mexico State Bar must complete a total of 12 hours of legal education each year. The Centre for Legal Education (CLE) is an important part of the Bar Foundation and responsible for implementing its educational mission.

CLE is an accredited course provider in New Mexico dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable educational programs to the legal community, using both local experts and national speakers. MCLE is a program mandated by New Mexico Supreme Court Rules 18-101 to 18-303 NMRA. MCLE compliance is required for every licensed member of the New Mexico State Bar. Scheduled simulative presentations give you the opportunity to ask questions to the faculty during the presentation via the chat box.
